Event Production Manager's Key Responsibilities

  • Overall daily management of the technical team with an emphasis on event execution and team development
  • Providing technical direction to technical crew and be the point of escalation of technical issues and concerns
  • Timely set up, operation and removal of audio visual related equipment
  • Provide creative input for events
  • Wok in conjunction with sales team in the development of event proposals
  • Manpower rostering and equipment allocation
  • Inventory management including but not limited to ensuring it’s good order, coordinating repair and maintenance, building strong relationship with external vendors and provide recommendation of investment in new technology
  • Ensure work health and safety in the workplace in conjunction with Venue Director and Event Staging Manager

 

What experience you'll need to join as our Event Production Manager

  • A minimum of 10 years audio visual equipment operation experience in events industry
  • Proven leadership, supervisor and management experience
  • A solid track record in event management and providing technical direction
  • Ability to translate clients’ vision into technical production environment
  • Well communicated in English and fluent in Cantonese. Mandarin speaking skill is preferred.
  • Understand of CAD drawing system is highly regarding
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Maturity to deal with people at all levels and experience in working with high end clients
  • Right to work in Hong Kong is essential

We are growing and we are looking for qualified and experienced audio visual technicians to join our dedicated team in one of our prestigious venues in Macau.

The role is responsible for the efficient delivery, installation, operation and removal of audio visual and event staging equipment required to run events of all sizes and complexities within our partner hotels. The successful candidate will be required to set up, operate, maintain and repair equipment used in live events, such as microphones, video recorders, projectors, lighting and sound mixing equipment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS OUR AV TECHNICIAN IN MACAU

  • Safe and efficient delivery, operation and removal of audio visual equipment for live events.

  • Completion of administration and production reports and forms as required

Human Resources Manager - Beijing

The Human Resources Manager will provide recruitment and general HR support for our China business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to recruitment, payroll, workforce planning, performance management, talent development and reports.
