Quality customer service is a core element of the role, from brief, to event design and delivery. You’ll also utilise your skills in sales, relationship management and event operations management.

You will be assisting the Event Director in below areas:

  • Converting sales leads to solid business
  • Manage the daily operations and profitability of the business unit
  • Coordinate audio visual and labour hire logistics
  • Source and manage external vendors and ensure the smooth running of events
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales and Technical teams to deliver high quality, pitch winning creative designs while ensuring creative briefs from clients are met
  • Produce high quality 3D representations of Set and Stage concepts
  • Support Video Production with 3D renders for animation
  • Contribute strong capabilities in preparation of graphics including use of Adobe Suite
  • Contribute to the production of quotes and proposals

About you:
